My DH bought me a Sig 1911 compact handgun on Friday. It's really nice! He says that nothing says love like a gun. [IMG]

Browning, just the word makes my eyes glaze over and I start drooling.

    That is a beautiful gun.

We target shoot mostly. We shoot in 1,000yd matches with DH's .50bmg, we are looking to get either an .223 or .30 cal. single shot bolt action so that we can also compete in the 100 & 600yd matches. We also are talking about getting into cowboy action shooting. DH's brother does that and also someother type of match, I can't remember what it is. I think it is similar to the CAS. DGD is waiting to be able to compete in matches also.

Yes DH loves me lots. But also it was my turn. His turn now.

I have a sig P226. I LOVE it!!! He bought me my ruger single-six for our anniv. I bought him a cool pocket knife he had been wanting. For Christmas I got a daisy red ryder! Anniv., Christmas, etc. nothing says love better than weaponry!!!

Cool Browning!! DH bought a mossberg 500 several years ago for home defense. He tricked it out and had his brother who is a gunsmith paint it desert camoflauge.

Next, I want another single-six and another holster.
