Well, he just has a few more years to go before retirement. He has a lot of eye problems so we are hoping he can do this. It is four twelve hour nights after training...so we will see if he can handle it with his eyes. Thank you all very, very much.

DH just lost his so I am thrilled to hear about anyone getting a job it makes me feel like there is good news somewhere today!

we also heard of two neighboring towns hiring now for the parks departments so things may be on the upturn now? I pray they are for all the guys who need jobs out there. Lots of trucking companies have web sites and show what jobs are available in what states (if they are national companies) so go check and see what you might find. Like dh said, it may not be something you like but if you need a job you take what is available. Good luck
