Get Corid for coccidia, you probably can find it at your local feed store. Coccidia is all around, Corid helps to lighten the load so the chicken can develop a resistance to it. You can treat the whole flock, it won't hurt them. I'd keep up on the yogurt too, or while you are getting the Corid, pick up some chicken probiotic too.
