I also have 8 Saphire Gems ..... Big, friendly birds that produce beautiful large brown eggs. When I add more chicks this year, they will most likely be these gems.

I'm being told different colors on the eggs , what color eggs?

Mine are fairly friendly. I got mine at TSC last year and popped them under my best Gamefowl Mama. My Gamefowl ladies free roam, so from the get go she had them out foraging the backyard, field and woods with the other Gals and their chicks, so they were accepted pretty well. My 3 Gems forage with the GF Gals every day, come back to their housing to lay eggs, then they are off to venture some more. They sleep in the rafters with the GF Gals too.
Pretty birds. I think I'd like a few more of them, we'll see when spring rolls around.

Brown eggs.

Just brown as far as I know. I don't believe they lay different colors.

Mine lays a super light brown, almost cream egg.
