I have officially added you to the list that

MY GIRL-CRUSH LIST!
Second that!! The White House has gardeners... has ALWAYS had gardeners
and landscapers... it doesn't make them evil for wanting a garden that grows more than grass so the kitchen has fresh veggies (it said the cooks were excited about it, can't say I blame them!) and so even if the girls or Mrs. O doesn't get out there every day, they still have clear evidence of where the fresh veggies come from.
It's a good thing.. is it a publicity stunt? Perhaps it is in a way. Was it a publicity stunt first, or a real desire to do something decent that turned into one? We don't know! But either way, is that a bad thing? Won't the kids both the Obama girls and the grade schoolers who have said they want to help still get good out of it? Why is it a bad thing?
That's an extra one for anyone who wants to do nothing but tear at things and turn a blind eye to the good that is still to be found in this world.
[edit] ya gotta wonder how much time the 5th graders will spend digging, yeah, they'll probably get all muddy, shovel a bit, then get some milk and snacks and the landscapers will go back and re-do a lot of it, but they'll still get value from the effort, and they'll still feel they're contributing. I still applaud it!!!
