dirty eggs

my eggs are a little dirty--you know, streaks of poo. Any way to avoid this? nesting boxes nicely bedded with hay and don't seem to be pooped in. Also, what is a good way to clean them before putting them in the fridge?

I rinse my off because lately with all the rain mine have been completly nasty!! But I don't use soap!!
