I have 31 Texas A&M quail right now. I just got 26 of them today. Anyways, they are very yellow and greasy like they have been pooping on eachother. They were in a very small pen. I gently hosed them off a little and wiped them down with rags and they are still pretty dirty as opposed to my perfectly clean bright whit ones i already had. Will a dust bath clean them or do I need to do something more invasive than giving them play sand mixed with wood ashes? Thank you

Really the dust bath will help the most. Some people use chinchilla dust from the pet stores if they only have a few quail, but that is pricey, however that dust is supposed to be good for removing grease.
