Disco dancing ducks

So I have 6 ducks, Pekins, Welsh Harlequin, Khaki Cambell and mixes. They've started doing this weird this where when I come near them they walk sideways and Bob their heads up and down- looks pretty hilarious, just wondering if this is normal? A nervous tick or something? My first three never did that but then I got 3 added to the flock that seem to be teaching this dance move to the rest of them.

The head bobbing is a common part of mating behavior between ducks.
