disinfecting

I am new. I saw a lot of comments on disinfecting the coop. The indoor coop area is a part of a shed with a wooden floor and wooden nesting/roosting areas.
What do I use to clean the wood?

I use a vinegar and water combo... about 75/25... I remove all the shavings and spray everything... then I leave all the windows open and let it air/heat from sun, dry... I do this every spring and fall. If your birds are really messy maybe you'll have to do it more often but I find this works for me... we have 13 hens

Thanks, that doesn't sound too bad. I have 6 chickens 9 weeks old. But they are messy!
