dislocated hip?

my 12 week old pullet has not been able put much weight on one her legs. for the last 2 days I've been soaking it in epsom salts. I've wrapped it,and kept her isolated. When she's sitting, a bump is noticeable on her back, like a her hip, or femur is poking up. she is eating and drinking. any suggestions on how to fix it?

thanks, my camera broke, otherwise i'd send a picture. the leg just hangs there, but she can move it, very clumsily.
