I bought this incubator. But it needs improvements. Can someone give me some insight on things to improve please. I am trying to get the thermostat adjusted but I don’t know when it kicks back on and if it’s to cold when it does kick on. Any help would be nice

A water heater thermostat has to much of a temperature swing to work in an incubator. That was doomed to fail from the get go. Get rid of that and either get a wafer thermostat or an Inkbird temperature controller. I would get the Inkbird.

I see you have a basic outdoor thermometer hanging in the back. I would get a digital thermometer or two preferably with a hygrometer.

Thank you I got the ink bird one hooking it today. Would a wall help in the back to kind of regulate the fan and temp

I don't think you want the air blowing directly on any of the eggs but you want the air to circulate. I've never used a multilevel incubator like that but something like this is what I would think about rigging up.
