Do all hens lay eggs?

    I have two hens both about eight months old black sex link chickens. One has been laying eggs for about two months and the other one I do not think has ever laid an egg.

    Nope! I have a Black Aussie that has never laid. She is over a year old now and should have started months ago. Funny thing is, I was going to cull her with the last batch of roosters but got the wrong bird....killed one of my good layers! :thun I'll get her next time, though! Eating her fool head off and never producing a thing!

    So has mine, her name is Fannie and she follows me everywhere! But, unfortunately, I can't afford to feed an extra pet, so if she doesn't produce, she's gotta go!
