Do any of the mail order Hatcheries have high quality stock?

Just wondering. I want to purchase some chicks, but I have seen some pretty poor quality of poultry that friends have ordered from some hatcheries.

If you want some nice chickens that will lay eggs, cluck, and you can watch in your lawn chair while you enjoy a morning cup of coffee then a hatchery is fine. If you want birds bred to a standard, then Google to find some breeders. I've got both kinds (I bought an assortment of Wyandottes from Paul's Poultry) and there's quite a difference between the hatchery birds and the quality breeder birds. Just my opinion.
