Do banty's and gardens mix?

I have read that there are NO standard size chickens that won't bother the garden, But is there a bantam that will be good, i think some people said that silkies where good with the garden, Help?

Silkies will happily weed your garden...of every living plant...if they are left there long enough. An acre-szed garden and one or two silkies, probably not a problem, but any normal sized garden will be bare in next to no time. Sorry.
