Do blue Mille fleur and blue Quail colors act the same as regular blue in breeding?

Hi all, just wondering how these colors mix. Does anything with a blue base have the same black/blue/splash outcomes as regular blue, or is there color bleeding involved? Or something else entirely

So,
Blue x Blue = 25% black, 50% blue, 25% splash
Blue x Blue Quail=?
Blue x Blue Mille=?
Blue Mille x Blue Mille=?

Yes, they will act as blue unless it's SelfBlue
