Do chochins have 5 toes?

My 4 month old Chochin has 5 toes. I could not find anywhere on line about how many toes a Chochin has. Is this the norm?

Interesting. She seems to get along fine with the extras. I got her from McMurrays. She is not a big Chochin, but I think I remember reading on BYC that they grow slowly. Thanks for the info.

Maybe a silkie got into the breeding pen. I know they have five toes. There might be other breeds that have five toes as well.

To have five toes, I dont think that it had to be crossed with something. I thought thay defects like thay happen all the time. I know it does with silkies. Sometimes they just hatch with or without extra or missing toes.
