We may have a male partridge cochin, and I don't want to give it away. No one knows we have chickens, maybe they do but we don't know. My mom doesn't want any crowing, and she doesn't like the way Olive looks. Well, unlike our 1st cockerel, Olive isn't terrified of us. "She" is rather sweet. To those who own large fowl cochin roosters/cockerels, how often do they crow? What are they like?
