Do female Cayugas get the curl on their tail?

i have a pekin drake thats about 13 weeks old and i do NOT see it on him.

At what age do they get the tail curls? I haven't been any good at telling them by voice.

MIne didnt get thier drake feather untill 4 1/2 months old but it took another 2 weeks to fully curl instead of just a stuck up feather.​

George was full size and 14-15 weeks before 1 feather curled and now by 17 weeks(tomorrow) he has 2-3. Because they hadnt curled at 14-15 weeks..... we went with our initial sexing assumption that George was a girl.
