Do Frizzle Cochin Bantams need to be protected from the rain?

I am considering adding one to our flock. We have a covered run and cozy coops, but I am wondering if it is safe to let them out on iffy days, with the rest of the chickens. The rain comes suddenly here, and sometimes it rains sideways. I can't really own a chicken tht can't get wet.

They require to more or no less shelter than any other chicken.
