Looks a lot like its still alive.

I hatched eggs 6 weeks ago and it looked the same. All the chicks made it.

If you are on Day 19, those eggs should be in lockdown! You should NOT be opening the incubator until they have hatched.

thanks, I hope so, it looked like blood in the egg and has me worried. also I don't have an incubator. the one I had, stopped working. I have another on the way. so till then, these guys are being hand incubated..

What do you mean by "hand incubated"?

basically that they are placed somewhere with heat lamps on them keeping them around 100 degrees. my new incubator won't be here till this weekend or beginning of next.

You need to provide humidity for them also. Maybe keep a damp towel under them with a corner placed in a small bowl of water. Sorry about your incubator. I hope they hatch for you.
