Do I have a pullet or a roo? Also what breed is it!?!?

Hello! I'm new to BYC and this is my first back yard flock. I currently have 4 little ones (7-8 weeks old) that I bought at TSC. I was told 3 of them were Buff Orpington pullets, but I'm nervous this little one is neither a buff nor a pullet... They are a bit territorial already and they have started to herd the others around. No crowing as of yet. What do you guys think? Any idea about gender or breed?

That's what we were leaning towards. My neighborhood does not allow roosters, so we are going to be in a pickle... Don't know what to do with him. Thanks for the reply!
