Do I have a rooster?

I bought sexed chicks from Farm Supply (3 Easter Eggers and 2 Buff Orpingtons). This is the only EE who has a comb. She/he is 8 weeks old. Do you think I have a rooster?? Her temperament is more standoffish and she likes to instigate “fights”. Although, it’s hard to tell if the fights are just normal pecking order fights.
