See the egg in the center? This chick is not zipping how it should. A significant part of its shell is off while the dry membrane remains. It probably pipped within the last 12 hours. Do I remove the top?

Up your humidity some. Can you roll the egg over and get a better pic of it? Do you see any blood still in the egg, and is the chick yawning?

Remove some of that membrane, gently. If there's any bleeding, stop.

The membrane actually look moist. Dry membranes are usually pretty white without transparency.

Only thing would be helpful is to assist the chick some. Removing some membrane, & eggshell little by little, still allowing the chick to do some of the work too.
