Over the 2 years of having my first time flock we've been adding and changing ventalation for a while. The run is new that's why we have vetalation going into the run bc it wasnt this tall. The penthouse is also added the hole in the wall is to the "old" coop and the added on room is the penthouse we call it. That's why theres a vent going into their. In the summer I have the windows open. Theres a small circular vent directly in front of the roost. I cant lower the rooster nor raise it. Not much more room for more vents. In the summer I usually have the penthouse door open for more air circulation. During winter everything is usually shut. Sometimes on a nice winter day I open the window but that's more towards melting season. My rooster has frostbite most likely from the ventalation. That one back wall you see when looking into the penthouse has insulation for winter (I dont think it helped at all but who knows) we cant add any vents to it. Most of the inside framing is blocking vent areas.

Can anything be done or is that enough?

It looks ok to me!

Pics from outside would help here.

Even with great ventilation large combed birds may get FB in really cold temps.
the only vent you'll see from the outside is the circular one otherwise not much to look at. And he does have a very large handsome comb, I believe he is going to lose some of it with the frostbite but hell still has a handsome comb.
