I have 10 week old chicks and wondered if and when I needed to worm them. I notice some if my chickens like yawning also occasionally...is this normal?

    Hey [IMG] to the BYC

Unless you have worms in the stool and specific reasons for worming them just continue on medicated chick feed and enjoy your kids. About them yawning, they are learning with every moment and yawning is them stretching, scratching , flapping, clucking and all the crazy chick things is them learning. You even had to show them how to drink and eat. Mommy? Your their mommy and everything you do is new to them so [IMG]
