I have 5 darling flying mallards. One of the five has muted colors compared to all the others. Could I have one female and 4 males? [IMG]

How old are they now? That really doesn't indicate sex.

I picked up the babies at one week of age. The color variation was apparent immediately. [IMG]

You will know in 1 month when they grow up.

The ducks are one month old now. I see patterns on the wing tips. What am I looking for to tell sex? [IMG]

That would suggest they are not pure mallards.
