Do pekin and alyesbury get along?

I got 2 ducks about 2 weeks ago. they are about 4 weeks old. my science teacher hatched some pekin ducks and gave them out. we assumed they were pekin since that's how my teacher bought them. we've been told many times that one of the ducks we got is pekin and the other is alyesbury. paisley (the one we think is a girl) is alyesbury. paxton (the one we think is a boy) is pekin. they've been living fine together for 2 weeks but i'm concerned with that it'll be in the future. will it? can you eat alyesbury eggs? what if they mate? will the baby duck be pekin or alyesbury?

Yes they can get along. Yes you can eat their eggs. The babys will be mixed breed.
