Do they still need a heat lamp in a 65 degree room? *pics included*

Just curious if I can remove the lamp. They aren't spending a lot of time under it. They're currently in the garage which stays anywhere from 60-65 degrees.

I'm no expert, but I say not yet. They still have chick fuzz on their heads/necks. And I imagine they are still pretty bare under their wings. I'd wait a while longer until they are older. Plus with only 2 of them, they will have a harder time keeping warm if it gets too cold. I'd leave it on (at the very least at night) so they have the choice if they want it.
 
90 to 95 week one
85 to 90 week two
80 to 85 week three
75 to 80 week four

If they are staying away from the light, holding their little wings out and (possibly) panting, they are too warm.
