Do they use EE male of females to

Do they use EE males or Females for the breeding, or do they use an EE with and EE? My husband and I were debating that one.

From my understanding is that they have male and female EEs (which are mutts with ameraucaca blood) and have mixed other random birds in with them. That's why you never know for sure what color eggs their going to lay.
