Do you need to cut chickens toes and wings?

    You would be best served by going to the library and checking out some books on poultry care and raising.

    Your chicken magazine is not enough.

    You need to educate yourself by reading some all purpose general care BOOKS on raising and keeping poultry.

    Yep Read some books, Use the internet and search the forums. You can learn a lot from all sources and get different opinions from each.
