I just saw this on Youtube it looks easy to me what do you think?
this is the same thing i do but i dont cut there neck i break there neck but when i am done skinning i just reach my hand in the chest cavity and pull all the guts out. and then i cut out the vent i think they did a fine job
Oh cool it looks very easy to me than plucking i have to try that when i do meat chickens again
It does look easy but my family just can't live without the skin, sigh. I think it would be nice to have all that help too.
the skin is always nice to have but this way is faster. i sometimes pluck the feathers if i want to do chicken soup
