Does anyone breed show quality splash silkies?

I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but i was wondering if anyone bred them or knew anyone who does? my sisters b-days coming up and i think i might want to get her one i DO NOT want hatching eggs though... and i would prefer a started hen.
