    Yup. We had 3 EE roosters that we butchered at 16 weeks old. The meat was good.

    yep, a little scrawny but very tasty. rumor has it that they taste similar to quails [​IMG]

    We butchered one recently at 19 weeks...finished weight was 3 lbs. As tender and tasty as the dual purpose Black Australorps we did at the same time.
