Does anyone else have a pet that thinks a stuffed toy is their baby?

My dog Daisy Mae was given a stuffed rabbit this fall..my me'me gave it to me to give to the dogs before she passed away this fall.
Well.. if you all knew my dogs..you'd know that these dog tear up any stuffed animals in literally 5 minutes tops...
well..not this bunny... when i gave it to the dogs.. Daisy took it and made it her baby. The other dogs arent allowed to play with it.(she doesnt growl at them or anything..they just KNOW that she loves this thing.. they know its her baby..or something...

).. when we let her outside in the morning..she tries to sneak it outside with her... she sleeps with it every night. Actually if you move it from her bed... she come over to you..take it gently from your hands... and go put right back on her bed, where she knows its safe. She dosent chew on it at all like its a toy..... she very gentle with it. I also wonder if it smells like my me'me? and thats why shes so gentle with it... My me'me lived here with us and Daisy before she had to go to the nursing home... maybe Daisy misses her too? Because any other toy we give her..its destroyed in minutes like i said. It really makes me wonder...
anyways.. tell me about your animals that do this type of thing..

My dog has adopted a quail. She even lets it peck between her toes. Now I'm talking a 65 pound Pit Bull and a 10 OUNCE bird...so it's kinda weird

I my dog has a pink rabbit, that is twice his size. He doesn't want anyone messing with it either. But, he considers it his girlfriend.

My cockerpoo (rip) Shanee, had this habit that i could not break, the vet said that i should get her fixed,.
From time to time she would as if her toys are her puppies. literally, tuck them under her find a spot as if she had a litter.

well the vet said that what happens is, some dogs there bodies actually go through a process that as if they had labored puppies and that makes them act like that, well she also said that because of that it can in the future cause a cancer somewhere in her body i forget where she said.

but i never got her fixed, and that i know of she never had a problem in her body,
i loved it when she did that, she acted like a mother. she would also snap a tiny bit to worn off the dog (sugerboo) (rip).
it was the most cutest thing.
