Opened incubator and it had a bad smell. The top of the egg was turning a really dark color. I opened the top very gently to see inside. 
The little guy was gone 
It was rock hard and kind of dried up. I have no idea what happened. We didn't touch him, open the incubator, we were up most of the night watching the temperature and humidity. It was at 99.0 and remained between 65%-75%
