    Does anyone know the sex of this charcoal peachick? Got a few more pictures if needed.

    lookin like a hen ,trouble the barring may not show in the pics, as the barring is light on charcoals. l

    Burt,

    I was afraid you were going to say that.

    The barring isn't showing up as well in the photos as in person. And no sun today for the picture. Thinking back last year when the hens (all hens too) they did not seem to have hardly any barring. But I don't remember it well enough.
    Wish I had some photos of them at that age to compare.

    Try to get a better look, its those new feathers growing in, do those have the barring ? not sure yet

    It look like a hen to me also here is a picture of a month old charcoal white-eye male and a 2 month old charcoal white-eye male

    As complete and utter disappointed sets in, another year with all hens in charcoal color.
