    I was thinking welsummer at first, but the one I'm raising now never had that much white in the face. At least not with that much tail. Do you have more pictures?

    Could also be a brown Leghorn. It is definitely a pullet.

    It's female, that's for sure.

    Do you live in an area with feral chickens? That's a common color for feral game birds. Other common breeds are Leghorn and Welsummer, as mentioned above.

    She seems like a young welsummer or English game. Definitely pullet though. Looks younger based on the down and stripes on her head.
