Does anyone know what this is?

So this Is one of two of the little babies that were sent to me when they were injured. Does anybody know for sure what kind of a little bird this is

Looks like a European Starling. They are legal to keep in the USA, because they are very invasive. No permit needed.

I am not 100% certain it is one.

These are the most affectionate, little happy birds and I think you are probably right on that. I was taking a guess after a little research but I absolutely love these little guys
