does anyone remember this TV show? (help me remember)

For the life of em I cant remember the name of this sit com and I wonder if someone can remember it too?

plot line:
A straight man and a straight woman are living together

he hates her and she hates him

they got married for stupid reasons... he wanted a promotion at work but the big bosses would not consider him for the promotion cause he was single.

she married him cause she wanted to move out of her moms home...

so now they are married but still living the single life, unless her mom comes over then they pretend to be the loving couple, or his boss invites them to a company function and again they act all loving

is this ringing bells with anyone?


eta: this show was on about 10 - 15 yrs ago, and it lasted 2 seasons i think...

it would have been about 1995 - 1998

its not will and grace, but i think the lead female's character may have been Grace

she was tired of her mom interfering in her love life and lied to her mom and said that she was engaged to this man,

he in turn was trying to get this promotion at work but because he was single the big bosses would not consider it... so it was a win win for both bride and groom​
