Does dark orange feces mean anything?

A couple of my birds has dark orange in feces. What does this mean?

They could be cecal poops if they look like toffee and the smell nearly knocks your head off.

What are they eating?

if they aren't eating something that could be coloring the droppings..
I'd treat for cocci..
Sulmet or Corid (amprolium)
