Does My Ducks Have Mites?

About two months ago, I rescued some abandoned ducks. At the time one of the ducks had very scrappy dirty wings. I assumed that this would go away after she took a bath, and for a while it did, but it is back now and has gotten a lot worse. I am starting to fear that she has mites, but I am wondering if it could be anything different.

Are these mites? Or is it another condition?

She does have constant access to water, both in her coop, and in her run, and she bathes frequently.

Please help!

You can check around her vent and underneath her wings for mites/lice, but rarely is this a problem with waterfowl unless they aren't allowed to bathe frequently. To me, it looks like she is suffering from wet feather, which can be caused by a various amount of things, I suggest you read this informative article.
