Does my hen have mites?

This is Fiona who is a 3 year old silver-laced wyandotte hen, who looked beautiful last summer and then in the fall she moulted and it's like her feathers never grew back. She had what I would describe as a cold during her moult, she was making coughing/sneezing noises for a few weeks, so I wondered if maybe her being sick meant she wasn't healthy enough to grow the feathers back. The cold eventually went away on it's own but still her feathers didn't grow back. All winter she's looked like she went through an airplane propeller. I also noticed her feathers kind of look eaten, with just wiry bits left. I can't see any bugs or eggs on her when I look at her skin, just some dirt, or what I assume is dirt. I treated her with ivermectin and it didn't make any difference. Do you think she does have mites? Or is there another problem? She has lost weight as well and hasn't laid an egg since before the moult. I have 9 other hens in the flock who are all plump with beautiful feathers.
