Does my new duckling need a heat lamp?

My new duckling was bought into the clinic I work in and it now has a permanent home at my property.
It's very young and living inside - my question is if it will need a heat lamp if it's inside the house or if that's really only for outdoor ducklings?

The good members on the duck forum @CTKen gave you a link to will be the most help. There are also articles about raising ducklings in the Learning Center (under Other Poultry, I believe) so that might be worth a look also.
