Hi... I know it's still early but I have one EE that is about 1 1/2 times the size of the rest of my chicks. Florance is about 3 1/2 weeks old and is huge. Any guesses on if Florance should keep her name?

Hard to say! if you put her next to another we can compare the size. I have one EE and Silkie cross. all along I thought he is a rooster, but never act like a rooster ! I am still watching " him " grow, He or She is now 5 months old and really HUGE !
[IMG]This picture when its under 4 months. I will have to update another picture!

He is 100 percent rooster. Very gentle, He hasnt tried to mate yet and doesnt crow. I wonder why he cant crow? Does any one have a rooster that doesnt crow?
