Ok, maybe a stupid question but, does the incubator change when the eggs are added to the incubator?

Used a LG for many years, just set up a Brinsea 190 cabinet incubator, hoping to set eggs this weekend.
Temperature is holding like a rock but trying to get a better handle on the humidity still.
Got thinking how the humidity might change when its half full of eggs.

Temp will change for sure - until the colder eggs come up to temp.

Humidity is less likely to be impacted by the eggs than by the amount of ventilation and the surface area of the water. Add sponges to increase surface area & decrease if you want to reduce humidity. Its important to get this right - too much H & they dont hatch, too little & they dont hatch. You have some wiggle room, but you want it to be right to get the best hatch rate.

When I added eggs to my incubator the humidity did drop, not a whole lot but it did take me a while to get it adjusted, it is also half full. The temperature did not change for me though.
