Does this happen to anyone elses EE and Ameraucana eggs?

After about a week or so my blue and green eggs start to loose their color. Does this happen to anybody elses?

Yep. That happens to mine too. But usually I eat them before they do that.

Does anyone know why this happens?
My hen just started laying blue eggs this week, so I guess I better hurry to get pics.

Hi! I've noticed my Ameraucana and blue-green egger eggs fade a shade or two in the incubator.
Yaaay Darlene! I was going to email you that some of her siblings started laying last week! So far they are all blue-greenies and I hoped your girl wouldn't be far behind.
