Possibly it is or the weight of his wings has him holding them out too. Also your feed and waterers are incorrect for Ducklings...Not Chickens.water bowls deep enough to dunk heads to clear nares and eyes..Feeder use a bowl. Easy for Ducks to scoop feed..

The water is hard to see in the picture but it's a good 4 inches deep. I will change the feeder though.

X2, I agree, looks like angel wing and I would wrap ASAP!
