Dog almost ate chicken

One of our chickens was seconds away from being eaten by our dog. The chicken was on her back and I threw a boot at the dog and scared him off. The chicken jumped off and scooted away. As far as I can tell the chicken was not hurt just scared good. Since then the chicken will not hang out with the other chickens. I found her deep in some brush hiding out. I picked her up and took her to the coop. She hasnt left the coop for a couple days now.
Whats up? What can I do to get her back to waddling around with the others?

She's probably traumatized from the attack. Let her be, she'll come around on her own. Best not to allow the dog access to the chickens....good luck.
