Dog ripped out feathers

My dog ripped out my chickens tail feathers, ALL OF THEM. There are no open wounds, but its winter so im concerned about the cold. she is kept by herself in an extra coop we had. We tried to put her with the other chickens but they pecked at her featherless areas. My parents won't let me keep her inside so that isn't an option. What should i do? Will the feathers grow back? Can she get an infection even though there are no open wounds? Thank you for all of your advice.

They'll grow back when her feathers are ready to recycle. Don't worry, she'll be fine! She's better off outside.
