dog treat recipies??

i was wondering about making my own treats for my dogs. especially for the new Dobie, Odie, who has some sort of skin issue. does anyone make their own treats? they would need to be corn free as my shelties are allergic to corn. i also want a recipe that helps the skin and coat? i was wondering about using ground flax seed ?

anywho i was wanting to make my own so the preservitives and such werent there!!
